Global Speciality Chemicals Pty Ltd (GSC), is a privately owned Australian company engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of HealthGuard™ - Intelligent Biotech Solutions, being globally successful since its 1998 introduction.
HealthGuard™, the world leader in the innovation of Intelligent Biotech Solutions includes a range of Anti-bed bug, dust mite, mosquito, antibacterial and antifungal treatments for preventing and reducing diseases caused by infestations of the House dust mite and Bed bugs, mosquito blood feeding and various other Gram-positive & Gram-negative strains of bacteria including the Super bugs -MRSA and VRE.
The development of these sensible and non-invasive techniques in the GSC laboratories has allowed HealthGuard™ align with our companies primarily concern of disease prevention and the global problem of preventing mosquito borne and other diseases, which are affecting most of the developing world.
With a purpose built production plant located in Melbourne, Australia, and offices in the United Kingdom and Mainland China, and affiliations in Europe and South America, HealthGuard™ is exported as a wide range of non invasive healthcare products for the textiles, plastics, foams, yarn, master batch, coatings and rubber-based materials, to over 50 countries worldwide, including China, Pakistan, Taiwan, Europe, Korea, New Zealand and the Middle East and beginning to venture in to North America.
In house R&D is used for formulating and testing new products, with many new markets and specialised products poised for development. After the initial in house testing new products are sent for external independent testing, which maintains the integrity and credibility of all new products.
Leveraging on the Company's strong research and development capabilities and its well-established cooperation relationships with several research institutes, Monash University, James Cook University School of Tropical Medicines etc, our Company has established a proven track record commercialising HealthGuard™ Intelligent Biotech Solutions over the past fifteen years.
